On November 1, 2025, we launched Magyar Telekom Mobile Infra Ltd. Co. The company, which manages the passive mobile infrastructure portfolio, operates as a member of Magyar Telekom Group. Specializing in the operation, development, and leasing of mobile network infrastructure, the company currently has nearly 2,800 towers and other support structures at its customers' disposal. The new subsidiary, spun off from Magyar Telekom Plc., creates opportunities for cost-optimized operations, better capacity utilization and greater financial stability. As a strategic move, the establishment of the company ensures a more predictable and competitive environment that will add value in the long term.
In line with international industry trends, Magyar Telekom Mobile Infra Ltd Co. aims to offer its customers cost-efficient, reliable and future-proof solutions, while promoting the continuous development of the mobile network and the widespread adoption of modern technologies.

Sándor Markovics
Chief Executive Officer
Sándor Markovics has been working at Magyar Telekom since 1998 and has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. During his career, he has held numerous management positions in the field of wholesale and partner relations, and led the Wholesale Partner Relations team for ten years. In recent years, he has served as Head of Partner Relations at Telekom Regulatory and Wholesale Tribe and played a key role in the project team preparing for the establishment of Magyar Telekom Mobile Infra Ltd. Co. He holds the position of CEO of Magyar Telekom Mobile Infra Ltd. Co. from November 1, 2025.
Judit Orosz
Chief Financial Officer
Judit Orosz began her career as Auditor at PwC, then headed the IFRS Reporting and Accounting Department at HungaroControl. She joined Magyar Telekom in 2017, where she first worked in management accounting consulting, then as Head of the IFRS CoE team. As Chief Financial Officer of Magyar Telekom Mobile Infra Ltd Co., her responsibilities include ensuring the company's financial stability and optimizing operational efficiency.
Dániel Csurdi
Head of Technology
Dániel Csurdi has been a member of the Magyar Telekom team since 2015, starting his career as Infrastructure Investment Manager. From 2020, as Mobile Access Tribe Site Implementation Product Owner, he participated in the development of the mobile network and Magyar Telekom's mobile network modernization program. He later demonstrated his expertise in financial project management, and in 2024 he supported the network-related work of the Magyar Telekom Mobile Infra Ltd. Co. project team. As Head of Technology at Magyar Telekom Mobile Infra Ltd. Co., he is responsible for the operations activities in the company’s service portfolio.
